So it's okay for their sales people to BLATANTLY LIE to people because the truth is in the contract? I don't think so. Plus, they told us that once the guy got to our house we HAD to at least pay the installation cost, which was around $200. So I'm out $200 before I even get to READ the contract.
Also, we SPECIFICALLY told them that we would be uploading and downloading a massive amout of data because we would be using the line for business and that we would be transferring hundreds of megs of files on a regular basis and they assured us that the service was perfect for us and that we would never be limited or have problems during bad weather and blah-blah. I have never been so openly lied to by a company in my life. But that's okay because it's in the contract that you don't even get to SEE until an installer brings it to your house and you're forced to pay $200??
You must be out of your gourd for defending these lowlifes.
