I just finished speaking w/ a customer service agent from Sprint and he was okay, but their service and billing is outrageous. For example, it says on on my online statement I owe $112.62, but when I click on the invoice, it says I have a credit balance of $52.64. How can that be? When I asked the service agent, he said it was a mistake on our part. And this has been happening over the past year w/ them.
