You would smack a child that's maybe 9-10 months old upside the head? Why? It's NATURAL for them to put things in their mouth, that child has NO concept that it may be doing anything wrong WHATSOEVER. In fact, it probably only has 4-5 teeth if that.
Maybe someone should smack YOU upside the head... Shows how much you know about kids though.
