amsterdam is a great fucking city ... everyone is nice, speak english, fun place to visit, great place to go with friends and have an insane time - hands down no questions asked go there if youve never been ...
i was filming in prague last year and saw a brothel i was going to use for a location - VERY fucking cool place - rooms with themes like arabic, moonroom, jacuzzi rooms - didnt go there at night, i didnt see the girls so i dont know if they are skanks or not ... these places are called "night clubs" in prague (brothels). i also dont know about the safety there (stds), but im pretty sure that the girls in amsterdam are tested weekly and even pay tax, and have to have a license to work (any dutch people can confirm this?) and ive seen some of the most beautiful girls in the world while hopping from the "Red Light Bar" (cool fucking bar, upstairs area, great fucking beer) to "window shopping" along the red light district ... go to the live show at the bananenbar for about 30 bucks if i remember you watch live show and get 4 heinekens with it ...
Im in Brazil filming now ... there are many safe areas here. Just like knowing where not to go in your own neighborhood wearing a pound of gold, same thing applies here ...
