This statement, in short, means you CAN (and WILL AND DO) process for sites with underage content where the so-called 'models' are FULLY NAKED.
After all, posing naked is art, not a sexual explicit conduct, right? (YES, that's sarcasm people)
Even in the Netherlands that's not allowed....
