I am also using a mobile phone with cam (t610). Look at it as a nice feature, but nothing which could really compare to your digital-cam. Not yet ;-) For sending pics from phone to phone, the quality is ok - makes no sense to send big files around anyway. to expensive. It's fun for quick, little snapshots.
btw: if you would like to transfer your pics to your pc (backup, free memory) make sure the phone is supporting this kind of file-transfer, for example with bluetooth. There are some phones around, which have for example bluetooth "on board" but you can't get any of your pics out of the phone without sending them as mms and paying or each pic.
