KB, I'm sorry to hear about the lawsuit...if in fact it is true about you being served. Being a messenger is a bad role to take on. I'm an expert about the shit you receive when you try to do a good deed by being a messenger.
Sometimes you are damned if you are served, and possibly more damned if you're not...and the other side lies and tries to prove you were served.
