I didn't say that I liked the law... Anyway, If it's illegal to make, buy or sell something, the lawmakers obviously thought that would be enough. With internet and its easy and anonymus distribution methods the law got dated. So possession was also illegal.
I just want you to understand that cp has NEVER been acepted or legal in Sweden. We are not a country of sick pedophiles. There was a loophole in the law and it was corrected in 1999, that's all.
