hey everyone...
My mother has been in the hospital so I have been away from my desk for a couple of days.

Here's the answer to this question though:

We indicate each chargeback with 1.00 in the stats, but WE absorb the chargebacks. We just need to mark it at $1 in the stats to track them.

So actually it's good news.
