ok, from what I can make out in this thread brad is whinning about some he said she said thing he calls a business deal that was just a conversation.
Convientially there No proof for either side so I'm going to go with my gut here.
I met Brad in passing, even in the 10 seconds I met him he was an ass. I have several friends that had dealings with him, they got fucked.
I've met and talked with David MANY times. I consider him a friend and I like him.
David - let me put it this way. Within the webmaster community you have a GREAT reputation. When you wake up ( as i undrstand you're in another time zone right now) and read this your only response to brad should be.
