Sorry, but I think you didnīt live in Germany for you didnīt live among germans. But you are right: germans are quite difficult e.g. what law and other rules belongs to. But I think there is no "German" as there is no "American". Maybe there are some average statistics, but everyone is a very special human being and averages are a problem.

If your feet are in a fridge and your head is in the oven, your average temperature might be very well.
