I dont know how we would have been able to grow so fast without Jupiter working with us to help build a solid network.

ps: I can understand leaving a hosting provider should they be down for a couple hours and they dont give u a credit. However, Jupiter gives you a credit when they are at fault and prior to this, I have never had any real downtime with them that was worth noticing. Providers go down......yahoo has gone down before.
