I'm set up with Verotel to receive monthly payouts. Usually by the end of the first week of each month they send an email detailing the weekly transaction amounts, the total on the check that's coming, blah blah blah.
But I never received an email for January, -- nor did I receive a check (duh)?
Has anyone else not received payment?
Of course I've emailed customer support (nothing), called (they are in bed, call back some other time), tried Nicole, all I got from their payment's dept. was an automated response saying:
"Due to an excessive level of customer enquiries following the implementation of our new rate system, some delays may be experienced in receiving your requested information."
Christ, that was "implemented" in fucking September ! of last year.
What's up with this shit?
