Ask a Black man in Africa if he wants Black people to be at the top of the world, with himself as their leader. Or better still; ask a Jewish man the same question. That theory in itself has resounded throughout history, and whether it is Napoleon, or George Bush, most wars are a result of that mentality in some sense or the other. In itself the mentality is not at all ill (perhaps a naturally feeling for most), but indeed his means and extent (the exact ideology that is) to which he promoted may be.
