Thatsīs the tale, of course anybody knew the truth. But of a matter of fact you can keep people down - itīs just more convienient.
Hitler didnīt work on his own, he had persons like Goebbels who did the "publicity" for him. Of course jewish people could emigrate, but very few countries allowed them to enter. So only better of families could afford to leave Germany.
Hitlerīs economic success was to build up an army. He was forced to turn the world into a war because otherwise he couldnīt keep his economical deals.
Itīs more difficult as I described it above, I know. But I dontīthink you can call Hitler genious.
