Ok, I figured out how to get rid of it, now I just need to figure out how I got it... i've been using computers for quite a while, so spyware is not a common thing for me to get
I ended up downloading a program called
HijackThis and it found this entry:
delete and problem solved
it's a pretty nice little program, get it while its still free
