It's pretty simple. The short version, and the latest issue....

Some of you may rmember Arika from the Perfection Girls party in Vegas. She was owed some money for working that party for Jeff and he has dragged it out until today. She finally got the check and geuss what.....not enough money in the account to cash the check.

Important points are...

1. She was supposed to be paid IN Vegas, but was not. He did advance her $200.00, but said he was planning to write a business check when he got back,, This was different from what he told us before, that she would be paid IN Vegas. No problem, I know there were some unanticipated expenses that came up. We agreed top let it go until he got back.

2. Upon his return home, we were told the check would be sent out on the next Monday. He said he sent it, but we never got it. Even up to yesterday he STILL claims he sent it.

3. As of Sunday, he agreed to overnight a check on Monday, and we should have had it then on Tuesday.....No check on Tuesday.

4. Through this whiole period of time, we have been supportive and friendly even with everything else going on. He had offered to wire the money, and we said don't worry about.....we still had trust in him to come through.

5. Upon recieving the check today (Wenesday), we went to HIS bank and attempted to cah it. The teller told us there was not enough money in the account to clear the check. I called Jeff and he said they were mistaken, that there was plenty of money in there.

6. Then he told me there was a seven dollar difference in the account...........bullshit...............I was going to make a $7.00 deposit. The teller stopped me and said that was no where near enogh to cover the check.

I could go on and on with our next conversation, but it all amounts to this....

He wrote ANOTHER bad check. Arika believed in him, and did not feed into any of the other stories that have come out about him. Arika has remained friendly and professional throughout the whole thing. Jeff knew how badly she needed the money, and I believe because she was so nice and understanding about it, she will now lose out on her money.

Then, the fucker is leaving me messages on my voice mail about how I am burning bridges and I have lied to his friends and he was planning on sending my soon to be launched program thousands of uniques, blah, blah, blah. He can't get it through his thick fucking skull I never needed him, his program, his connections, his traffic, nothing....

I just wanted him to pay Arika.
