I personally look at the last 3. Personality is adriving force. The reason people are gravitated towards certain people is because of their traits. The ability to piss people off, get people to think, making people laugh...These are all important! A reaction of any sort is better than nothing.
Intelligence is definitly a factor as well. If a person is brain dead, there's nothing to work with. He may have all the money in the world to hire staff, but once the staff is confident enough, they will all branch out on their own.
Drive is the last big motivator. If a person sits on their ass and is flakey with everything, it detracts people from wanting to do business with them. A hard working individual is a person who deserves respect, no matter what level they are at.
Money, cars and women can be had by anybody with a brain or a little luck. I think a good majority of individuals at shows has some money...whether it's from porn, a 9-5, inheritance or by other means. The others are a bullshit exterior that really isn't that important.
Given that, who do you think the top "somebodys" are?
