Yep I had two c-sections.. it's the same incision hip to hip closed with staples and excrutiatingly painful. I was up and moving the first day. You don't have much choice when you have to be up feeding a newborn :P I get to do it again in just over a month (march 4th).

LadyMischief, your situation is different. If you have to get up to feed you baby, that is not the same thing. apples and oranges.
