Im in Australia so would prefer to avoid the long distance call costs let alone juggling the time zone differences. The call costs are of course no big deal - but I figure ANY company should be able to communicate with their customers via email - let alone one who has a predominantly internet based business. I cant believe they dont have reps on ICQ I can talk direct to.
As for email problems - well that is their main ones - so for them all to be not working for 6 weeks would seem unrealistic. If it was the one email I was mailing time and time again - sure then I could accept there might be a problem, but to have had no response to any of the different emails for that same period would seem to be an indication of bigger underlying problems ???
