Because of our big upcoming project it looks like we don't have enough employes to do the video cutting and converting.

We need someone to cut some videos into pieces of 5-8 mb in wmv and mpeg format and maybe 56k.

requirements:

- need to know how to convert wmv->mpeg
- need to know how to cut them into equal pieces
- need to know the details about size-> quality in relation
