So you could be dead in 5 minutes from something that attacks you, are you going to stop life because you might be dead in a few minutes? Are you going to NOT be happy because one day you are going to die?
What MY point is is this, don't judge this little girl, maybe her situation IS being handled and maybe she is just a happy little girl in her own skin.. maybe the situation with her is out of anyone's control. WE don't know.......... but to stop being happy because we are all going to die is insane as you thinking that you know why this little girl is heavy.
