Does not look like downs to me.. I know 3 people with downs children..
And I have NEVER seen a downs child that is that obese..
Even if you have thyroid issues and your metabolism is fast, you can still get your kid up off the couch and out on a bike or in the park or something..
Theres a difference between being a lazy fat slob, and being fat and being in shape even with a weight problem..
