Yes, but if you look, the girl also appears to have downs syndrome. With many Downs suffers, they also have hormonal and chemical imbalances which tends to make them much more prone to being obese, even without overeating. Sluggish thyroids mean for sluggish metabolisms. Being fat isn't always about gluttony. Sometimes it IS actually medical.
