Sue UPS? Geeze - we are so freaking "sue happy" here that it just boggles the mind that you'd sue a company for something an individual did. Not to mention, Tala didn't suffer. She's not out anything. There is no loss.
I hope our UPS guy has a gun. We live in the woods and there are a enough deer, bear and wild dogs where you'd be nuts not to carrry one.
Bottom line - nothing happened. No harm, no foul. But if you want to talk about "what if....", had the dogs attacked him and the UPS guy gotten hurt, Tala and her husband would have been sued.
