Dick Cheney's Halliburton admits $6 million in bribes relating to Iraq work

Report: Two Halliburton employees accepted kickbacks

NEW YORK (AP) Two Halliburton Co. officials accepted up to $6 million in kickbacks from a Kuwaiti company that was awarded contracts to supply U.S. troops in Iraq, according to a newspaper report.

Halliburton disclosed the alleged impropriety to the Pentagon inspector general's office this week, The Wall Street Journal reported on its Web site Friday.
