I don't live too far from JPL in Pasadena. I know lots of folks who work there.

I ain't seen nor heard from anybody all mother fucking day since the Mars rover went on the blink.

I mean not one fucking word. Nobody answering phones, nobody stopping by to pick up kids, comic books etc.

Even when the space shuttle blew up you would still see everybody all damned day even after overtime.

Somethin' weird is goin' on. That rover was built with enough redundancies so that the only thing that could have fucked it up would have been a bomb or a crash or a meteorite or something.

Keep an eye out for this one boys, there's another rover due on Saturday. Britain's ground lab disappeared. Spirit was working flawlessly above parameters until yesterday. WTF?
