I simply wondered how come f.e "hot amateurs" may be a quite popular keyword with Overture but not with 7 Search, whereas f.e "nude teens" may be popular with 7 Search but not with Overture. These are just fictious examples, but I am stil not sure why different search engines should have surfers with different habits and interests.

I think this is relative to the providers of the traffic. A lot of PPC engines are fed off affiliates who use specific pages to funnel traffic to specific searches which are usually the highest paid searches. This causes an increase in certain terms. I know this because I used to do it as a search123 traffic provider. Affiliates want to maximize their returns and since most are paid a percentage per click, we want the highest clicked terms and we push traffic to those terms specifically.
