I won't date a girl seriously unless:

1. She is Hot, Model material. Call it superficial, beauty is on the inside, whatever... I have found that hot girls are just as nice as ugly ones, so why not date a hot one.

2. She has to like other girls, and actively bring other hot girls into our bedroom.

3. She has to understand that I am a man, and I am going to bang some other chick at some point. I agree to not throw it in her face, (ie: her friends or picking up another girl in front of her)

4. She has to stay monogamous to me. It is much easier for girls to only fuck one person than guys.

I am currently enjoying a relationship like this now. We are both very, very happy.
