If it is cable ads I would call the regional cable companies individually. you'll get better deals I have the # for my time warner rep if you need mpls info. We ran a bunch of ads for our dsl and dial up services here localy.
But i would say get a list of cable companies and start dialing. asking for specials or unsold spots.
