"me too" on the response times of Verotel (if they even respond at all). I emailed
[email protected] regarding a customer that was double billed and was not refunded properly, even after someone in live help said it would be fixed up. The email was sent 21 days ago and there has been no reply yet. To be fair, there have been holidays to hold things up, but this sort of delay or complete lack of response is unfortunately typical.
The only reason I even tried email was because live help was on holidays. I don't think I'll bother again.
