Not being one myself, and speaking for the Camcontacts girls I promote: Most have tried other webcam companies, and weren't impressed. I wouldn't know whether or not it's harder for them to get regulars, I do know that they have them, though. And yes, they pay by the minute, and the camgirl can set the price herself, per session even.
