You looked suspicious, he saw a suspicious car about 10 minutes ago and thought it was you but he didnt call it in to dispatch cause he was just patrolling, there are a ton of reasons, oh and the allmighty "disorderly conduct" especially if he is rolling with a coroborating officer.
