If you sit on your ass all day and eat too much you will get fat.
Get off your lazy ass and go to the gym for an hour every day. Don't say you don't have the time, that is just a lame excuse.
I've lost 24 lbs. since November by going to the gym and eating smaller meals several times a day instead of one or two big meals every day.
You owe it to yourself.
besides, it makes it easier to get laid!
