Fraud Scrubbing lists -- Good or Bad?
As far as fraud databases go, some of the larger databases may have been building up for nearly ten years might not be in your best interest -- especially if the companies do a very aggressive scrub with those massive lists.
How long should someone be punished for charging back a deceptive $120+ charge from prechecked crossbills after thinking they were going to be charged $2.99 one-time for something?
How many of those (legitimate) consumers are in your processors fraud list?
If I were into paysites, I would demand that my processor did not include those types of "deadbeats" in my scrub.
