Speaking of billions, the WSJ reported today that the McDonald widow left 1.5 billion in a one time payout to the Salvation Army.
Earlier this year that same Mcdonalds widow left $200 million to National Public Radio.
Supposedly its the largest single charitable gift ever, although Gates will probably have that record one day. He is on record as saying he will only leave his heirs a small part of his fortune and he plans to use his money to change the world.
