I'll still sue your ass if you steal my shit, but that's for your personal financial gain. I don't believe / condone that kind of ridiculous nonsense. But I'm talking about merely pirating something that's for someone's personal use. In those sorts of cases there's not necessarily a loss of profit, because that person likely wouldn't have purchased your product anyway.

Kind of like my brother's pirated copy of (fill in the blank), is a 17 year old really going to go out and buy a $2,000 copy of software? Hell no, and I think it's sad that large corporations feel the need to enforce their copyrights when there's no financial loss involved.

However, in cases such as if someone's selling the product online for instance, I believe whole-heartedly in sueing the living shit out of the theiving bastards.
