Bullshit post.
My interpretation of CHILD-PORN (I'm going to speak with Joan Irvine from ASACP about this issue in a couple of weeks on my radio show) may differ from many, but I see it as the most rational response I've ever seen. So flame away.
As a heterosexual male, if an attractive full bodied woman passes by, I'm going to look. If she turns out to be 12, 13 or 16 (Food additives etc. have increased female hormone growth in the past two decades), and she looks like a woman, THAT does NOT make someone a pedophile.
Dictionary.com-Pedophile-An adult who is sexually attracted to a child or children.
Dictionary.com-Children-A person between birth and puberty. (The only relevant definition).
Therefore, I see, as I always HAVE seen, a pedophile as someone who seeks out or is attracted to prepubescents or human specimens who have not matured (The defintion of prepubescent is redundant).
However, KNOWINGLY searching out 12, 13 or 16 year old girls that HAVE fully developed (IE-POSTpubescent) is, while perhaps not pedophilia, certainly worth jail time (strictly because of the maturity level that YOU speak about).
