All of this feedback is appreciated and will only make your program better as we polish it up. There can never be an exact dollar amount when everything is based on % and referrals. The harder workers will make more of the money, just like any thing in life, cut and dry. It will all get sorted and everyone will be happy. There are always doubts with new things, no matter what it is. We are not surprised by this. In the end, I'm confident that people will support.
