I mentioned it, as rarely does an availability pop up in my building and if it does, it is taken before anyone has a chance to snag it and never will it make it into the newspaper (there are 8 units on 2 floors and I am the rookie here at 6 years). Its the smallest and oldest building on Beach and tourists take pics of it...The suite for rent is really nice (about 925 s.f. w/ hardwood floors...). Rent is $1000 which for the area/building/suite has to be up there as the best value in the whole city for what you get. My friends just bought a house yesterday and want to move out mid-Feb. and nobody knows about the upcoming availaibility yet.
That sounds like the opposite of 1000 Beach, the newest and largest building on that street (I have some friends in that building). :-) Although that suite does sound sweet, I'm looking for something a little bigger. I appreciate the info and have fun with the Van girls this weekend!
