Seems that most of the security guys that get in the shit are the young guys 21 / 22 yrs. Same age as this guy.
It's too young IMO to be a security controller - and I operated clubs for over 10 yrs.
Best guys are the older boys that have been around for a while and are able to keep a cool head...
This guy will pay alright.
