on their website it says you must have 'redistribution rights for marketing purposes' to the content - go look at your web licenses - nobody gives away redistribution rights for marketing purposes with a standard web license. from my first look at the concept it bears a similarity to AdultBouncer - tho maybe they are going to police what goes on and respect copyrights - if they do the only people who will be able to use their system as content providers are people who own their own content.

my guess? if it takes off - it will be off the backs of the movie studios again just like AdultBouncer. I'm going to give it a couple months before I take a look around. Licensing a DVD from Adult Legal doesn't give you the right to 'loan' it out to SwapBucks' P2P network. That's the copyright owner's right, not a licensee's.
