Can Spam and the Feds both, are targeting SPONSORS that fail to comply with the law, ESPECIALLY THOSE ADULT IN NATURE. Thereby making mailers safer than you Mr. Sponsor, as the authorities work their way past the mailers and right to you.
You can call your campaign opt-in all you like, which is next to irrelevant thanks to the new law. They no longer care if it's opt-in or not, but you should be prepared to follow the other NUMEROUS legal requirements to avoid prosecution.
As the ISP's and Feds are now scouring sent emails,,,,
you better know what the fuck you're doing, or be prepared to spend 1 to 5 years in prison.
And I don't think you do, as you clutch on to that old term
"opt-in",, in an attempt to give some legitimacy to your hot new program.
