well a degree can help give you more knowledge than you would have otherwise. but going to a decent school and taking the right program helps a lot more. the networking is very valuable as well if you're going to a good school.
you tell me you won't better off with a bsc in econ from wharton?
but at the end of the day if you're an idiot, going to school will mean you're an idiot with a degree.
