If Epochs support or sales emails are not being replied to in a timely manner I insist on knowing about it. Anyone can get backed up, but if this is a problem that is ongoing, there may be filtering problems or other issues that need to be looked at.

The address for sales is [email protected].

For Client Services it is [email protected].

If you use either of these addresses and do not get a reply within 24 hours (usually within an hour for tech support), please resend your email with a subject line "2nd Request" and CC me [email protected].

Epoch is a service organization. Great service... prompt, courteous and professional, is what I and the entire team at Epoch expect you and everyone else to receive.
