I spoke with Netbilling and my volume isnt high enough yet, to get the merchant account through them. ;( I'll speak with card services though.
Smokey The Bear, DuoCash offered me the same solution as Epassporte, the prepaid visa card thing which is fairly useless to me right now. I want to host my own transaction pages.
