Medina is a nice ass place. I think it's ranked #4 as the wealthiest community.
If you are ever in Seattle, it's worth it to take a boat tour around the shores of Medina. There are tons of mansions owned by dot-com millionaires.
The Gates shoreline has a nice sandy beach, which is odd because there is no sand around there. Sand is imported from the Caribian routinly to make their beach.
