If you think these are idle threats, we have just finished with Website Billing in the UK courts, the UK court has awarded ALL of the $1.2 Million they owe us ? now we will be appointing an administrator and extracting the funds from their US companies and directors that ripped the money out of their UK company?

Mutt your comments have been incorrect, slanderous and in fact our host referred to your slanderous posts directly when they shut us down.
It should be noted that consumers were only ever billed in accordance with disclosed terms and conditions ? there is 24 hour telephone customer support, and prior to the first rebill occurring the consumer was warned with a popup inside the members area.
This business is hardly rocket science, if you put your head down and work for a few years you will do ok? it amazes me that there are so many people that waste so much time posting absolute and complete crap on this board ? I would not be surprised if the number of posts made on this board was directly inverse to the wealth generated from the posters business? Mutt - let?s just work out how much time you have wasted posting in the last year or so? 7691 posts at lets say 3 minutes each [your posts are mostly poorly considered rants so I guess not more than 3 minutes] 23073 minutes of verbal diarrhea = 384 hours, and if you allow a 12 hour working day that is 32 days ? that doesn?t even include time to read the board? what it says to me dickhead, is that your business is pointless! Sure as shit if anyone spends that much time writing absolute bullshit they aren?t working?
However; Mutt, I am not concerned in the slightest with your business, what I am concerned about is the content of your posts, and there are a few laws against some of the things you say? I wasn?t concerned too much until it caused our business some damage but now you leave me with little option but to pursue you in court. There are of course others that have posted, but for some reason you seem to be the main protagonist.
Of course I reserve my rights completely wrt the owners of this board, but where my name is mentioned, I hereby demand that the owners cease and desist displaying it and any slanderous or libelous comments associated with it. Letters from our attorneys will follow on Monday.
