hey GregB, excellent question!

Number 1 pet peeve: Affiliates that don't read the TOS, especially before asking a question. (eg. when do I get paid?)

Other than that, I wish more affiliates would write to us asking for advice. I love to help wms with their specific problems, and find ways to maximize their particular traffic mix. Everyone's traffic is a little different, and can sometime benefit from an independent look.

We try to keep in touch with affiates, but sometimes is hard to predict what they want, or even if the want to be contacted.
