My aunt adpoted a 8yr. old girl, she also was unable to have a child. I remember how long it took and how hard it was for her and her husband.

from what I heave heard it really isn't much different in the US which is where I am from so was the other obvious option and even so there are starting to be really strict rules about transatlantic adoption..thanks mostly due to the idiots we had over here a few years ago who bought two babies over the internet.
We have thought about china, romainia, central america, that kind of thing but it is such a heart breaking process I think I need some time between battles. IVF evaluation is hellish enough and almost killed me.
